Returns
We are a small business and are unable to accommodate general returns or exchanges at this time.
You must report any delivery issues to us at Garmarsisterss@gmail.com within 3 weeks (21 days) of the delivery date. After this time, we are unable to assist further due to limited carrier support.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must notify us within 3 weeks (21 days) of the delivery date
- You must first return the item to us
- The item must be returned in the original condition it was sent out, or in the condition we’ve agreed upon if damage occurred during shipping
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise discussed.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect placement or use of product
- Delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Missing Package Policy
If your tracking number shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please note:
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed as delivered.
If a claim needs to be filed, it must be done by the recipient, as the item is addressed under their name and location.
We strongly encourage customers to take the following steps:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or around your property
- Review any home security footage if available
- Contact your local post office directly with your tracking number to open a Missing Mail Search
- Ask your carrier where the package was left
We are unable to file lost package reports on your behalf once the order is marked delivered — this must be done by the recipient (you) since the package is under your name and address.
Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at Garmarsisterss@gmail.com.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address if we were not contacted in time before the item shipped to make the correction.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address submissions
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information
- Lost or undeliverable items as a result of these errors
