General Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from our boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. U.S.-Based Orders Only
We currently ship and operate within the United States only. Any orders placed for international delivery will be canceled and refunded.
2. Processing Time
Our items are handmade and/or prepared with care. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with most shipping out within 3 days. Delays during high-volume periods are possible, but we do our best to remain timely.
3. Product Variations
Due to the handmade or small-batch nature of our items, slight variations may occur in color, shape, or placement. These do not qualify as defects.
4. Customer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Tracking their package after shipment
- Reporting any issues (damages or missing packages) within 3 weeks of delivery
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or carrier errors outside of our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns on damaged items, and only after they are sent back in acceptable condition as described in our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind or user error in installation or placement.

6. Replacements

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time—especially in cases of abusive communication or fraud.
